Spacer Mobility’s Wedge is an incredibly helpful tool to improve ankle range of motion and overall ankle mobility. Elevating the heels during squats and particular exercises allow for greater muscle recruitment, reduces stress on your lower back, and reduces the risks of injury by keeping your posture more upright under load. 

If you’ve been training barefoot and you’re working on increasing your ankle range of motion to get into that deeper squat then this is the tool you need. The reason weightlifters use a weightlifting shoe is because of the reinforced heel lift which helps with overall movement, technique, and performance of the squat.
